Cigarette lighter?

I know most of this forum is Audio stuff but I figure this question is ans electronic one. Is there a way to make the stock cigarette lighter slot hot all the time? I know on the Tacomas all you have to do is make a short wire with connectors on each ens and plug it in to the underhood fuse box. I was just wondering if this is possible with the 4runners?

Oh BTW I have a new to me 94 4runner
