Whats up guys,
Odd thing happened a few days ago....I was leaving work and got in my car and started it up...then, the normal "WHOOOSH" sound of the V8 came on for a few seconds, and all of a sudden, every few seconds I heard a "Clank", "Clank...Clank", "Clank", "Clank, Clank, Clank", etc... After about a 2-3minutes later, the sound went away and the car drove home fine. There is no rough idle or anything and the car drives fine. The weather had dropped considerably from 82 degrees the previous day to about 56degrees that day...but, I dont recall hearing the noise this morning, only afternoon from work. I did a search, and many tundra and sequoia owners are saying that it may be a "cracked manifold???" How? It only has 300miles on it! Now, I seem to hear it at start up almost everytime, and it is more apparent when the weather is cold...but like I said, it goes away after a few minutes. Anyone know what this might be?
