Clarion N.I.C.E. opinions

Anyone own the Clarion N.I.C.E.? I was thinking of picking it up but wanted some opinions first. How does it fit, where did you put it, sound quality with AUX input, reviews, etc...

I looked at it and played around with it at Tweeter.
It's neat, but it became obvious to me that for much less than the NICE's $1200 price tag, I could build & install a car computer that can have more features and ALOT more memory for my MP3 collection.... also remember that the NICE doesn't replace your current head unit, it hooks up to it.
