i did mine today in about 2 hours, looks great IMO. Ill post pics tomorrow, too dark right now.stretching required for precise fit, heat gun is my favorite tool right now, its amazing how many things can be done with heat gun.
i wish they would sell a kit for full car wrap. maybe i should just buy film in bulk and do it.
taking pictures of transparent PLASTIC is pointlessbut here it is as promised.

would you mind pointing where did you find it about ebay stuff because it`s clearly stated 0.17 not ..17mm is standart thickness of clear bra material. one linked in my post shows no "orange peel as well.

Sorry. I got the 8 mil thickness from the Invisi-Mask information that Coop77 linked to in his original post. I got the 4 mil thickness from the information provided about the RShield Clear Bra in the e-bay link that you provided for the 07-09 4Runner in your post above. I see that the e-bay link for the 10-11 T4R provided by jspagna1 states .17 mm. All I was pointing out was that, per the product information provided for the first two products listed above, the substantial price difference noted between the two products seemed to equate to double the measure of protection. As .17mm falls between 6 and 7 mil, then the Mega-Kit seems to be a decent value.

If you ended up with the Mega Kit, how far up the hood did the film reach? That is a great installation job, as I can't see any edges at all in your pics.

i cant tell the differense either,its barely visible.clear as it can be

Old thread, but for those that installed it themselves, did you do a wet or dry install?
