Clear Gage Cover

What's the right way to remove clear cover for gages in 2004 Sports Ed? I know that is has been posted before, but i can't find it. And Search is out of service. Some one who replaced scratched out glass please help. Part only cost $27, but I cant see how to remove the plastic basel out of the way...

No, he want's to know how to remove the gage glass from the dash...

Really easy to remove, fist remove panel under the steering wheel( there are two bolts at the bottom that attach it to the main dash, left and right side). Second remove main instrument cluster panel. You should unplug the two electrical connectors to allow easier access. Third is to remove two screws that hold the cluster glass in place, there are two tabs on lower left and right side of the instrument cluster, just push them in and the glass can be removed.

Is the instrument cluster panel held by a screws, and does it pulls towards the driver?
