Clicking from the front end

So I'm getting a clicking from the front end. It happens going straight or turning, and it sounds like the click occurs with each revolution of the wheels. I'm hearing it from both sides as well. CV boots are good. I know the upper ball joints are worn, but that couldn't be it. Lower ball joints have about 70k miles (were replaced under recall).

Any thoughts?

Tomorrow I'll take the front wheels off and see if I can replicate the sound by turning the hubs manually.

Mine did the same thing.

1) Take your front wheels.
2) Use a flat head screwdriver to pop open the hub cap.
3) Cover that cotter pin in grease.

Noise gone.
