Clicking Noise in 4WD

Well, the previous owner was right! I went out to test my new scanner I just put into the 4runner, and since it was snowy, I figured I'd test out the 4WD. Well, all down the road, something was clicking, ONLY when in 4WD. So, I've been sliding around in 2WD in fear of breaking something. Anyone know what it might be?

Hopefully nothing major, how much would it cost to replace? I'm not going to until it blows, but just in case.

Do you hear it when you make a sharp turn or in straight roads?

Easy to replace. It will click really badly when it gets severe. Try replacing it at that time.

You can pick up a CV at AutoZone brand new for less than 70 bucks, I paid 49 for mine at the time.

The first replacement took me 35 minutes, now I can do it in 15

It does it when turning and when going straight, coming from the driver's side.
