Hey all I have a 2008 4runner SE V6 with about 55k on it, bought it about 3 months ago from the dealer.
Just the past couple of days ago I've noticed this high-pitched clicking noise that seems to come from underneath the car when I'm accelerating. It's only audible once I get to about 25mph and from there on it seems to get faster once I accelerate. Once I start to slow down the clicking slows down as well and pretty much is inaudible below 20-25mph-ish. It's dark right now but I'm going to check the tires in the AM to make sure something isn't lodged in the treads, but I did a quick search and there seems to be a few people who've had this clicking noise but from the seat? Mine definitely comes from underneath. Thanks.
