Clicking Sound from Rear End (Drivers side)

So, had the window down and heard this slow clicking sound coming from what sounded like the rear wheel well.
Took the wheel off, visually inspected, but didnt see anything obvious.
I can only hear it at low speeds (like backing up, or going forward slowly). When I get above 5-10MPH - it goes away.

Any ideas/suggestions?:redbrick:

For add'l info, I just put spidertrax adapters on a week or so ago - not sure if there is any correllation there...

Post up a video of the sound. Trying to pinpoint sound while in the moving vehicle can often give false positives. Sound is bouncing all over the place and off the car itself.
