I tried to find that alarm on there website and I couldn't. The answer is easy to figure out though. Do you have the manual for it? If it has any auxilary buttons or if it has the ability to program features into it, trunk release, headlights on/off, rear defrost, etc. Then yes you should be able to program it to do so. If you can you will have to get a window module, clifford's version is the Smart Windows system, and then DEI makes a generic window module. You have to wire that into the rear window and then program the alarm to use it. Basically all the alarm does is send a signal to the window module and then it rolls it up or down depending on which button you hit.... if you have accessory spots open on your alarm you should be good to go. However if you don't and you are willing to sacrifice another feature (assuming it has those as well) you can always lose one feature to gain the rear window.
