Climate Control illumination

I have a 99 limited, and the climate control unit illumination doesnt work. well, half of it does. The knobs and buttons are all fine. The main illumination behind the display where the temperature is not working.

Is this an LED that needs to be swapped? I have the skills to do this but im not sure what exactly to expect when I pull the controls apart.

LOL trust me, I am no forum newbie...I did search, apparently I just suck at it. Thanks for the link!

Oh, and thanks for the welcome. I'm not new to toyotas by any means, just never had a 4runner before. Looks like this is a great place to get info from. Hopefully I can share my knowledge too.
