Clock and CD player have no power!

I tried to jump my 2000 sr5 this morning and put the negative to the positive and the positive to the negative. needless to say it would not start. I took it down to the shell station where they installed a new 120 amp fuse and everything is working fine except the clock and stereo. I know it is common that The cigarette lighter wont work as well, but mine is working fine. He looked at the fuse box under the dash board (briefly) and said there werent any blown fuses. Any tips on where i could find the blown fuse, if there is one to be found, would be appreciated.

when i turn the lights on the clock is barely lit but the stereo still has no activity, i switched the acc fuse but got the same results. Any suggestions?!?

There is also another fuse box under the hood. Right in front of the master cylinder area.

do you know which fuse i should replace under the hood? I switched the acc fuse under the dashboard and got the same results, a dimly lit clock but no power to the stereo.

If you look under the lid of the fuse box, everything is labeled as to what it powers. The easiest way to check is with a cheap test light. Place the alligator clip on the negative battery post, turn on the key, and probe both sides of every fuse ( with them plugged in still). The one that only lights up on one side is your bad fuse.

From what i have read and what the guy at shell told me the acc fuse is responsible for your clack, sterreo, and cigarette lighter. I have tried switching that fuse and get the same results. I think i might run it by an auto sound place around my house to get them to mess with it. Im beginning to think that it might be a bigger problem then a blown fuse
