clold air intake and exaust

Ive been thinking of adding a True Flow intake and Gibson Exaust on my 03 T4R sport 4.0 v6, does that sound like a good combo.

retco - Good choice !
Within the next few weeks I also plan to do a True Flow intake and Gibson exhaust (from Burtmanindustries.com) on my 08 T4R sport V6. Seems like the best for the V6 and least expense. 2nd choice was TRD int/exh.
