Jack-off sliders/ adapter ad anti-rattle

I was wondering which slider / tube adapter you guys would recommend.
I got my FOURTY EIGHT inches black on Saturday and want to use my OPOR sliders as a jack-off point . I believe it's a 1 1/2" diameter tube.

Also anyone know of a good way to quite the rattles of this beast??

I'm using Slee's Jack-off for my hi-lift/slider combo.

Also some noise treatment found here.
