After reading countless threads about this issue, I took my 04 to the dealer to see what they would do/say. Well, they said nothing is wrong with it, all of the seats are like that. :nono:

I had the same response. I was in having the exhaust fixed and asked them to look at the seat. Can't believe what a piece of crap the seat is.

I also have the seat popping issue. You lock the seat in place but it will click & move under hard braking or acceleration. It will sometimes move when turning hard left. My wife & I have both experencied this problem many times. I printed the tsb from http://www.alldata.com/tsb/Toyota/1161327600000_1161846000000_NV011-06/11061.html and brought it into my dealer and they had no issue with ordering the parts on the spot. I got a call today that the parts are in so hopefully my seat issue is resolved.

Do a search for seat rattle or seat rattle TSB fellas. There was just a discussion about another TSB last week in here. As a matter of fact, I posted a reply on the topic. Do a search by using the button at the top and you'll be surprise at what you will find in this forum.
