Cluster turn signal / blinker pushed in

Hmm..

Just noticed that the turn signal blinker light on my dash/instrument cluster is pushed in. The left one is fine, but the right one (plastic with arrow) is pushed down into the instrument cluser. Funny thing is that I didn't notice it because it's still pointing fairly straight towards the driver.

Has this ever happened to any of you?

Anyone know how I can take it out or if I can take out the cluster to fix it?
