1 19963.4lsr5 New member Oct 27, 2014 #2 It's always spinning. The coil of wire When warmed up from the hot air coming off the rad is what engages the clutch to make the fan spin faster.

1 19963.4lsr5 New member Oct 27, 2014 #4 I've never let the toy idle long enough buy my cummins I can hear the fan when the clutch engages. I'll try and look in the FSM for a test.
