clutch master/slave replacement

From a series of tests, I determined my car needs a new slave cylinder, but was going to replace the master as well while I've got the system apart. This looks pretty straight forward, both parts are pretty easy to get to, any tricks or things I should know about doing this?

It's as simple as it looks.
Bleed the MC first just as you would if replacing a brake MC, then bleed the SC.

that was easy. I'm really surprised. I still seem to have a bubble in the system somewhere that I can't bleed out. It still doesn't have full range.

did you bench bleed it first ?

I heard both ways, it needs it, it doesn't need it...
So I went with don't bench bleed it first and now it works great. Shifts so smoothly its amazing. Feels like a brand new car/transmission and everything.

The last "bubble" i thought i had in the line was actually the rod going to the master cyl needed adjusting. Its great now. Thanks guys.
