Clutch time!

My clutch is starting to slip in 4 and 5th, i dont wheel and i would like a good brand clutch, i dont know much about clutches for toyota's so ima need some help picking the right set, i also want a new flywheel too, if im in there im doing it all at once.

Any links or advice would be helpful.
