Coat hook broken, guidance on part No.

Hi guys, hope al of you are doing good.
I was wondering if any one can help me find a part for my runner.
I have done some searches and some how can't find a parts diagram for the Runner.
The part that I'm looking for is the rear cargo area coat hanger hooks.
More than hooks they look like a plastic bar attached to each side of the roof liner on each side of the cargo area.
Can any one guide me to a part no. and a good online parts store?

Here's the parts diagram for the cargo area from Partznet.com. It looks like it's #10, but you might want to give them a call and confirm that's the part. The diagram isn't the clearest.

does it have to be made by toyota? I just bought a $10 bar from walmart and fits perfectly.
