Coating for New Garage Floor

I'm building a new house and garage for my 2006 Sport. Any advice on garage floor coatings? I've looked at Griot's Garage floor paint and a product called U Coat It. There are an abundance of "garage" companies out there who will do it for you but at about 3-4 times what you can do yourself. Anyone had experience with any of these products? Comments?

I did the Rustoleum (sp?) stuff about two years ago and it has held up very well. It can be purchased at Home Depot or Lowes and is about a third of the price of the U-Coat. I have no complaints. It still looks very good after two years.

I just did the rustoleum this month. Half of the garage about 2 weeks ago and finished the other half this weekend. I did it in halves because you cannot park on the newly coated floor for a week. I followed all prep directions and it went on great. The side that is finished has had no issues so far and I hope it keeps up well. I was not sure about the rustoleum because it is water based Epoxy, however, the finish seems to be as strong as any chemical based epoxy that I have seen.

I will take some pics when I get home tonight. Actually have been meaning to do this for some time now because I just got a new 06 Sport V8 4x4 to park in the garage.

I did mine with the 3M two-part epoxy coating. It is the same stuff that Mercedes uses on the floors of their dealership service departments. My neighbor is the service manager at Mercedes, so he picked it up for me. I'm not sure if it is the same stuff that is available to the public, but it sure it tough. Three years later and it still looks brand new.

The only downside is that it's a bit slippery in the winter if you track snow on it. I should've put some rubber flecks in it or some sand or something.

Several years ago, I applied two coats Kure N Seal to all the concrete around the house. It lasted 5-6 years before it finally wore off.

Just offering it as an easy alternative to the epoxies.
