Well, it has gone from bad to worse. I had to complain with corporate, and they said that they only way to replace the new key remote was to get the dealership's service technician to approve it. They will not. They are still claiming that I must have gotten the remote wet to make it not work. Corporate said that the sales manager John Ridings wrote in the report that I kept the keys in the kitchen over the sink. I told corporate I never said that..................and I have a window over my sink. Remember, first they were telling me that I must have jumped into a pool with it.
Corporate says the only way to have Cobb stopped is by the amount of complaints they get per year. Once a year, management reviews the complaints, and depending on the number they can give sanctions and eventually not give them as many cars to sell.
I am thinking of creating a website for Cobb County Toyota complaints and urging people to call 1800gotoyota to complain with any bad experiences that they have had.
Complain Everyone!
