I've been running the MT rear setup for over a year now without the swaybar and I don't have any noises or coil slap.

As long as you reinstall the Isolator you're completely fine with these. Some people, myself included, have had issues with the coils rubbing on the upper coil bucket though. Not too big of an issue just a bit of squeak when driving slow

its not that big of an issue, just put the isolator/ jounce bumper in and it should be fine. especially since you cant get the super soft coil like i have anymore.
