I have a 1992 4 runner that wont start if temp drops below 30.
I have added a fuel drying additive to the fuel with no effect. I removed the fuel line where it goes into the filter and cranked the engine and got no fuel. The battery seems good and the engines turns over at a good speed. I can go back later in the day when its warmed up a bit and she will start first time. The check engine light is on and always has been. this is a company car and was told dont worry about it
