So I've been doing some searching on the threads but the only issue everyone seems to address is warm start problems.
I have a 2000 w/ < 100k. I've been having issues starting it lately (started about 6 months ago but has gotten progressively worse.) It doesn't happen everyday and I can't seem to pinpoint anything special about the days it does happen (I live in a warm climate, though).
When I start it up it bounces up to about 1500 RPMs but if I don't feed it gas it will drop down and stall. If I feed it for a while then let it drop it is fine. Today, however, I fed it for nearly 10 seconds and after letting it drop it stalled again :wtf:. When I popped it into drive immediately after starting it didn't stall (any chance it could be related to being in park?) Like I said, this doesn't happen everyday but it has become more consistent.
I've cleaned the throttle body and MAF sensor in the past 8 months, don't think that's it. Also no CEL. Any help would be great!
