Color change on dash lights?

I know there has been a million topics on this, However after sifting thru them for the last hr I have been unsuccessful in finding my answer. Basically Id like to get rid of all the ugly orange, is there a non soldering way to do this? Im thinking Its not as easy as just swapping a bulb out right? I have an 06... Id love to change the color on the instrument gauges and the center dash as well...

Backlighting for the gauge cluster is provided by Surface Mounted LEDs. The only way to change from orange to another color is by disassembling the cluster and soldering new leds in place. The link provided above is a thorough walkthrough of the process, should you decide to try it!

Yeah... Not doin that, LOL... It looks awesome, but there is way to much that I could tear up... was hoping I could just pop in a few new bulbs... I guess if it was that easy everyone would be swapping out their dash lights.... Thx for the link..

I did also did the mod above, it really isn't all that difficult. I think it took maybe a couple hours to take the dash out, and solder in new LEDs and put it back together.

One of the better mods I've done, I hated that orange/green combo.

Unfortunately, I really doubt my soldering skills... especially on something that I need to stay working lol...
