Colorado rental places?

I'm planning a trip for me my brother and three friends to go snowboarding in Colorado this winter. Either the first week of march or like 9-14 of February.

Anyone know of any cheaper rentals near breckinridge? Nothing fancy or even that big. I got a friend that lives in Colorado looking too but they've only lived there like 6 years so figured some of you seasoned coloradoans could help out.
