Colored Caliper covers for 2011 4 runner

Are you talking about the fake covers that you put over the calipers to make them look like performance brakes?

You'd be better served just painting your stock calipers if the silver color bothers you. It will look way better and honestly, I don't think you'll have the clearance for those covers between the caliper and the inside of the wheel. The 4Runner can't go any smaller than 17" wheels due to the tight clearance with the stock brakes.

Thanks Quintin for the reply..

I was looking for the aesthetic pov. so yes caliper covers or after market performance calipers will do.

Thanks

You could always get these from the dealer. You'd also have to change some add'l parts since the 4Runner brakes are larger than the standard FJ brakes, but this would be the best option if you wanted to improve your brakes.

If you kept the FJ brake size, you could also run 16" wheels... like these.

I've actually used the G2 paint system on my 97 Camaro SS SLP. It came out pretty darn good, and ran it like that for about a year until I converted to a pretty kick ass BAER system.

Yeeeaaahhh, noooooooo.

If you really insist on doing that get this Dupli-Color :: Caliper Paint. The end results aren't terrible.

:thumb3: I used duplicolor on my Corvette calipers, worked great for maybe 3 years, than decided on different calipers/rotors.

To the OP, I've thought about painting my calipers also, just not sure what color. If I make it a "go," I'll use duplicolor again.
