My first truck was '77 F-150 in Forest Service Green, LOVED the color! Our '99 4Runner is an off white metallic but always lusted after the metallic gray for our next vehicle. Then I saw the Army Green and rethought everything...not the same old boring, bland colors. I still really like the MGM look, but more in love with the AG. I know Lunar Rock is sorta close to the old Forest Service Green, so would also entertain that color as well.
For those of you who have Army Green, Lunar Rock, Or Magnet Gray Metallic, how well is it holding up? Is AG or MGM any worse than any other darker colors at showing scratches, chips or swirl marks? Is the MGM better at hiding blems due to the metallic flakes? How do you like LR?
White would obviously be the best, but heard it's the worst quality paint Toyota uses. Next up is silver, but so sick of seeing silver vehicles everywhere, and don't want a Rental Car color, wanted something bolder. Army Green is #1 choice, but don't want it to look crap in 5 years.
