Common Codes? "Historic Codes"? Should I care?

Hello everyone,

Got a few codes yesterday, unplugged the battery for 15 mins this morning and these came back- (via torque and all have icon that says "Historic Fault")

P0102 - Powertrain
Mass or Volume Air Flow Circuit Low Input
p1613 - Powertrain
(says tap for multiple descriptions, when I do it says "Null"
P1613 - Powertain (also says Null when I tap)

Any suggestions? Should I test my MAF?

These didn't trip a CEL btw.
