Cheap & quality rarely go together. You're better off posting a thread with your location in the title and seeing if a local fellow forum member would help you or lend you one.
 
by "cheap but quality" I was meaning not top of the line...but not total crap...anyways found out my local autozone loans them out for a $40 refundable deposit! thanks
 
I bought a Craftsman at Sears a few years ago. It wasn't very expensive but has worked well. I don't remember the cost. Most chain auto parts stores (e.g. O'Reilly) will loan you that kind of tool. You 'buy' it and return it within a couple of days for a refund.
