Hey guys,

Tonight, I got hit with 3 different Trojans on my fathers desktop.

They are trojan horse dropper.generic 3 , trojan horse agent_r.xj and trojan horse sheur3.bkxb.

Avg detected it but wasn't able to removed the sheur one and then the agent one came in followed by the dropper.

I ran S&D. adaware and it didn't pick it up. Avg did picked up the sheur but wasn't able to remove all of it.

I was able to remove the agent and then the computer ran fine but just now, the dropper came.

I was wounding what I can do to remove it.

Thanks!!

Last time my wife's machine was hit, we d/l 'HitManPro' from CNET downloads. good programs cleaned things up. You might try Advanced System Care, also at CNET. good Windows programs. good luck

MalwareBytes is almost always a sure thing for removing stuff like that, if you can download/install it. Not sure if you're still having problems, but figured I'd throw that out there.

The best you can do is use malware bytes and google the trojans name into google with the word removal. You have to remove them through regedit but need to see which files to delete.

Try this for dropper

for sheur

for agent

you don't need to download the software they advertise and if you can do all of this in safe mode because only the basic processes are running thus making it easier to detect and destroy unwanted issues.
