I'm sure there are more, but I'm old now(40) and haven't been to a concert in years.
The best concert I've been to was the Texas Jam in 1987. The last 4 groups were Tesla, Whitesnake, Aerosmith, and Boston.

Ive been to my fair share of concerts. Here are some I remember.
RUSH in 1984 on the Grace Under Pressure Tour.......I was completely blown away! You hear AND feel that music. I've seen them 3 more times since then and I'm always impressed by thier talent and their live sound quality is better than any live band I've ever heard. By far, the loudest, but the clearest too!!
All 3 (Alex, Geddy Lee and Neal) are very talented musicians who write and perform music that is completely unique. IMHO, so many bands sound so similar to each other these days. How boring is that!!
If you want to see one of the best drummers EVER, go see RUSH live.....Neal Peart is exceptionally talented to say the least.
OK, so enough about RUSH.

James Taylor (twice) one of my favorites!! Had 2nd row center in Atlanta's Fox Theatre in 1999. 5 feet away from JT.
REM in 1995......had front row seats 2 feet from Michael Stipe and Mike Mills. This show was being taped for a live video, and I got on the fu*****g DVD!!!!!! Albeit, only for about 3 seconds as the camera got a quick crowd shot........but still, I made it!!
You owe it to yourself to see at least one concert from the front row. It's a really different experience. Unless you turn around, and see the 20,000 people behind you, it's like a private concert for you and your 50 best friends on the front row.
B-52s 2x great party band!!
Sting in 2001. Great show....great voice!! The chicks really loved him!!
Stevie Nicks in 1994. Great show Stevie!! Great show , and shes so HOT!! I love that raspy voice of hers.......DAMN!!
Fleetwood Mac in 1997. Awesome!!

Jimmy Buffett 3x (Best tailgaiting ever!!) I don't remeber much from any of those shows!!!! Geeze with so many blenders going in the parking lot.....LOL People......these are serious tailgaters , or um.....Parot Heads, rather. I've NEVER seen people show up the DAY BEFORE the show in a U-Haul truck with all thier sh**! They set up swimming pools and beaches with real sand and palm trees in the parking lot. It was a show in itself!!

Sarah Brightman 2x unbeliveable and undoubtedly one of the most incredible female singing voices I've ever heard. TRULY A GIFTED WOMAN!!!!!! Another hottie too I might add!!
Duran Duran in 2004. Incredible show. The entire arena stood up from the first note to the last encore!!! Better than ever, and SO MUCH MORE original than the "boy bands" of today IMHO. They have a very unique sound and don't need an "ontorague" of coreographed dancers onstage to help them sound or look better.
Still on my "wish list" are The Rolling Stones, U2, Don Henley either solo or with the Eagles, U2, Peter Gabriel, Van Halen with David Lee Roth....no ATL date yet, but I'm watching, oh and AC/DC IMO is one of the best hard rock bands out there and I'd love to see them too sometime.

Alice Cooper...78'? Ted Nugent...79? Eric Clapton 82ish, ACDC (For those about to rock tour, 80?), Chicago (70 something!) Frank Zappa- twice (Saw him in Syracuse- the second best concert I've seen), Chuck Mangione, Stevie Ray Vaughan twice (he was very stoned both times), David Lee Roth (Eat em and Smile tour) Pink Floyd, Rush twice (July 07' , best concert ever!) and just this past Sunday in Toronto, Van Halen.
Last 2 shows I drank *coffee* and chaperoned my teenagers. I told my kids I'm retiring from the concert scene undefeated :biggrin2:

It's funny because I listen mostly to rap and some rock and country, yet I only have been to country concerts, save just a couple of them. Definintely on my to do list---to see Lil Wayne. Amazing rapper haha.
