Considering Lift- 2005 4Runner

I really would like to lift my truck after 5 years. I remember hearing that lifting a 4th gen with XREAS and adjustable ride height is complicated/different. Of course, I can't seem to find the thread here. Could somebody please give me some info on how to go about lifting my truck? Also, does anybody know a good shop in the NY/NJ area that does this kind of work? Thanks for the help in advance!

I know this doesnt really help much. But I know with XREAS you need to find a shop with a portable spring compressor, not a wall mounted one. Hope this helps.
