Considering to buy a 4runner.

I was looking into a 4runner that I'm considering looking at and the owner had this on the post. car has 160,000 k on it and the guy lives by the sea, which i'm thinking maybe this is some rust issue.

"Transmission and engine are in great condition. Engine recently had an overhaul to meet smog/emission standards with new O2 sensors, timing belt, etc."

I haven't talked to the guy, but does this seem suspicious to you? Or maybe its nothing and the engine is in good condition.
Thoughts?

I have 240000 on mine 3.4 with a good oil change history receipts from previous owner and my own religious changing. When I bought it with 200000 it still had the original timing belt. It runs like a top and doesn't leak any oil. If you get one that's been taken care of it will go a very long time. Make sure it isn't a rust bucket look for leaks (could have lead to low oil conditions at some point) and pay attention to how it drives/noises. Not to sure what your particular concerns are but where I'm at that would be a higher priced runner with only 160k.
