Control Arm Bushings

I have a thud in the driverside front end typically when transitioning from dirt roads on to paved roads. Happens because of the height differences in the 2 roads when my front suspension gets cycled.

I'm thinking it may be Contol arm bushings but they are pretty expensive. Are there any good options from aftermarket companies worth considering?

Thanks for any help...I'm still trying to track the thud down.

I put those in a couple months ago. So far so good. They have become a little squeaky when wheeling in the hot weather. But who cares. they were way cheaper than the other options. THe install kind of sucks. My alignment cams were not frozen but many people have that problem And re using the stock sleeves was no problem. But re using the stock washer gizmos for the sides of the bushing were a PITA to get to press together straight

How did you get the innner sleeves out of the old bushing to use with the poly ones? Actually, let me state that a bit differently, do those bushing use different inner sleeves that work with the alignment bushing tubes?

Thanks guys. I'm not 100% sure I understand how it goes back together with the stock washer gizmos jmoney is referring to but I guess I'll figure it out.
