I think the early dot ones are older and now the newer ones are the tube to make it preserve the continuity. I like the switch back idea where it will alternate based on whether the turn signal is lit or not. There's countless 4runners out there just another way to make yours your own.

These LEDs? lighting on the DRL look really nice.
Also looking to see if anyone monkey with lighting on 5th-gen trail hood scoop. C4 has something for 4th gen but dont see any for 5th gen.

I've heard these came from Aiden James but the ones they produce now is a single tube rather than multiple bulbs.
These 5mm LED Singles with Wires from GTR Lighting look like they could be rigged to pull-off that look. The only question I have is that if you were to drill holes to fit those LED singles, how would you secure them so they would stay. in place?

It is a good replacement idea for those who disabled their DRLs.

I know people have issues with a lot of LED bulbs for DRL/High Beam. They flash in DRL mode.
These probably would not have that issue, but who knows (I’m sure someone does). How would you wire them, linked to the DRL? Sequential would be the turn signal/parking light. Maybe you can tap into both DRL and Parking Light.
