Coolant flush / block drain bolt -washer ?

Does the coolant drain bolt in the block have a crush washer ?
Fiqured I'd get everything I need before I do a system flush.
I suppose a new rubber O ring for the radiator drain plug would be in order too right ?

My engine block drain might be different than yours, but I don't have to take the bolt right out to drain the block. I unscrew the bolt a couple of turns, and the coolant comes out of a small drain line right next to (or just below, I can't remember) the bolt.

I just run a piece of tygon tubing from the drain line to a bucket, unscrew the bolt a couple of turns, and it drains out into the bucket. (I guess the bolt is actually the shaft for a valve that opens when you turn it). I couldn't get a good look at it because of where it's located, but that's how it works. That's on a 2002 4Runner.

Also, I didn't replace the O-ring on the radiator drain because it was in good shape (so far no leaks after 10000 miles), but it probably wouldn't be a bad idea to put a new one in.
