Cooling system leaking

Loosing cooling water from a U-shaped hose of about 10 to 11 inch long located in the front driver side and visible as shown in the images below. Part stores can’t find that hose in the computer system, so they don’t know the name and exact size for it or whether both ends of it have same diameter or not. Could it have to do something with heater system!?
I am wondering if anybody knows the function of this hose and what it is called.

Thanks in advance.

Have you tried a Toyota dealer?
They should be able to tell you more.

Also, It may not show up because it could be part of a larger assembly.

This part? Looks like a generic hose bent in a "U". I'd make sure you get some extra and decide how long it needs to be based on how tight you can bend what you are buying.
