cooper discoverer STT 285/70/17 on '03

i just bought these tires for my 0'3 runner.. i was wonderring if anyone could tell me how much i need to trim off my front bumper.

i have bilstein c475 up front and a spacer for very close to 3" up front

and in the rear superflex rear coils and 1" spacer for 3" of lift in rear with bilstein 5125

all 4 mud flaps are removed

i know rear will be no issue, how about the front
