Cop trouble with raised trucks?

I was just wondering if any of you have cop trouble with your raised trucks/SUVs?

I live in MA, and read that its illegal to raise your truck more then 2 inches in anyway from stock form.

I want to get some bigger tires and such, but don't want to be hassled by the police or not pass inspection.

How much height or big of tires would you say would be safe from getting tickets?

try going to www.ne4roc.org. Do a search in the forum and you will find a thread with a lot of info about it there. I would link it but I am in a rush and don't have the time to find it. Let me know if you have trouble finding it. As best as I can remember, the law is specific to the size of the truck- it is not 2" for all vehicles.
