Cornfed lift 2 1.5 alignment question?

Caster could use a bump. You are probably maxed out with the stock UCAs. Take it on the freeway and see if it wanders. You will know if aftermarket UCAs will be needed.

In general, the higher the lift, the more difficult it becomes to get caster and camber numbers within spec with stock UCAs. You should be able to do better than this with only 2" of lift, though. It doesn't look like the alignment tech made much of an effort to adjust the caster. It can be tricky and take much juggling of the alignment cam bolts to get the optimum balance between caster and camber (adjusting one affects the other).
I have ~2.5" of front lift, and the old-school mechanic I used didn't have a newfangled laser alignment rig -- just a bubble level held against the wheel flange. He was able to get +2.5º caster on both sides with 0º camber, but it took him a while. That's about the most that can be extracted from stock UCAs at that amount of lift.
Bottom line, try again with a more knowledgeable (or at least more thorough) alignment tech.

Still on stock wheels and stock 265/70R17 Nitto Terra Grapplers.

Thanks, it’s night and day. I was in a debate about 275s or 285s, I’m happy I went with the 285s. To me the ride is the same as stock.

About to do this to my 2020 TRD Pro - thanks for sharing all these specs. Did you anticipate needing the ToyTec relocate kits and new UCAs, or did the install mechanic suggest them? I'm new to mods like this and want to make sure I ask the right questions of my mechanic?
Also, you think you have clearance for 285s?

Is it just me or are you running a reverse rake?
And yeah, you won't get more than 1 degree of caster with stock UCAs if running >=2" lift in the front. Be nice to get to 4, but it'd be nice if life was that easy lol
