Cornfed Question

I dropped my car off to get my 2 inch front spacer switched to a 3 inch that I got off a friend and now the shop is trying to say they are basically identical and wont provide any difference in lift.

Does anyone have the exact measurements for the cornfed spacers themselves? Not lift provided.

I need it ASAP!
