Cornfed Spacer Questions

I've done a lot of searching on here reading posts about the spacers, but have a few more Qs. I have an 06 SR5 w/ the 17" wheels right now. I saw the cornfed spacers on burtman and they're 3" for the front and 2" for the rear. Is this b/c the front sits a little lower? Will they look even afterwards?

When people talk about cornfed lifts on here, are they talking about these spacers, or something else? Does anyone have a pic of a 4th gen w/ just these spacers? Will this much of a lift have a very obvious "lifted" look, or will it be pretty subtle? Also, can I expect a MPG drop w/ these, or does that occur w/ the bigger tires only?

Are there any concerns in terms of reliability, stress to joints, warrant issues, etc. w/ just adding the spacers? From what I've read I wouldn't need any add'l parts, correct?

The front naturally sits lower so the difference in lift between front and rear will level it off.

The stock 4Runner has a 'raked' look, front sits lower. The 3/2 will level it. But add a bunch of cargo, and the rear sits lower.

Cornfed is just spacer lifts. Look in the Gallery or Off-road forums for pics. Sorry I don't have any right now. The lift is obvious. It looks higher and more agressive - you see more tire from the front. Any MPG difference will be from a change in aerodynamics. I have not noticed any. Tires affect MPG much more.

I don't have any reliability concerns. If something breaks, I'll replace it with something stronger. But there is always the possibility. Looking from the front of the truck, the stock CV angle is slightly positive. It will be slightly negative after the lift. I had zero problems getting an alignment.

No additional are parts needed. The ride is slightly stiffer. Since you have the SR5, I'd consider the OME lift (all new springs/shocks/struts). Order it with the new top plates, easy to install. A spacer lift is not the funnest thing to do. But I wanted to keep the X-REAS a while longer.

Edit - I just saw you have a 4x2. You don't have to worry about the CV angles.

I have Cornfed Lift. Looks and performs well. I have noticed that my rear end become stiffer, but it's Ok. I love the Lift, now I'm not afraid of snowing sidewalks, mudholes or whatever, just go through. You can see those pictures of my truck in Burtmanindusties website with a Lift and 265/70-R17 Revos.
