86140-02150 radio is from a North American production vehicle (NAP) and built by Panasonic.
86140-12060 radio if from a Japan Production vehicle. (JPP) and built by Panasonic.
There are also:
86140-02110 and 86140-02111. One is NAP and one is JPP. These are both Pioneer radios. There is also a -02121 I discovered from Pioneer I don't know the specs on yet.
If XM is built into the radio it should have a XM ID number on the white label on the radio body.
This site will give you entune updates if their available. Follow the selection process. The download will be a Zip file that becomes a ISO that you load onto a USB.
