Lucky, this is the first time I ever had trouble at the check point I usually cross it with no probs when we take the quads to glamis or superstition. We usually have a truck with a 25 ft toy hauler .

On my way home, when I was at the checkpoint I got pulled into secondary inspection and questioned a ton of why my 4runner was dirty and blah blah. Then they checked the rear and found a bag full of empty beer bottles and made me breathe and walk in a straight line. Pretty much I got sterotype about being a Hispanic in a dirty truck, probably tought I smuggled drugs or more beaners into the states.

My sons and. I were dove hunting in Yuma this weekend for the opener and we got pulled aside on the 8 at a checkpoint on the return trip . Muddy Runner but I was loaded with guns and thousands of rounds of ammo.

They were a bit clenched when they were questioning us. My youngest who is 12 who looks like a Ayran prototype asked border patrol to deport his older brother. We got pics of us being questioned to freak out the wife.

All good, the agents were professional and got us going quickly.
