Could my shocks be toast already?

Hi-

My 02 4Runner with 50k miles is starting to feel floaty on the highway. So when I got home I did the bounce check and it bounces a little.

Could my shocks already be shot? I rarely drive offroad, mostly around town and on the highway.

They say that most 'stock' shocks will last for roughly 30k to 40k.....so yes your shocks could be worn out.

yeah most certainly your shocks are gone... especially if they are OEM. time to start shopping!!! id recommend KYB or Bilstein....
