picked the truck up last week and noticed a few things
1- why doesnt the radio have a clock display on it. im guessing cause all yotas have the separate display?
2- is the gear selector supposed to move (rock back and forth) when driving? feels like the trans is rocking back and forth. the 4l/4h moves too.
3- is there a way to make the rear window go up without getting back in the car and putting the key in?
4- why is the passenger heated seat button on the driver side?
5- what goes in the storage cubby in the rear? looks like the jack? cause mine is empty
6- anyone else not like the rear-view mirror? seems to catch the light off the sunroof pretty nasty and is hard to see out of sometimes.
7- how long do the stock shocks last? truck feels stable unless you go over rr tracks or large bumps, feels like it wants to skip around a bit.
8- any secrets/tips/tricks i should know about?
9- my truck did not come with a owners manual so dont get mad at me if any of this stuff is in there
10- do any other radios (stock) fit the yota without any problems/modifications? the sound sucks. probably a combo of speakers and deck. my 94 camry sounded better.
11- how hard is the water pump/timing chain on these 3.4s? i had the mechanic do the camry because it looked like a pita. forward engine looks a lot easier.
12- has anyone put electronic fans on their car? i would think you could see a mpg or 2 out of them, and a little performance, plus the truck wouldnt be as loud.
