couple maintinance questions

so i did a search but didn't find a specific answer.

My dad's 2000 4-runner (V6) had engine light come on and the code retrieved was a P0172. To keep this short they wanted $500 for tune up and i told my dad I would do it for him.

I need to know what kind of spark plugs to replace the old corroded ones with. All I got from the search is that I need non platinum plugs that have two electrodes. If anyone has a part number, that would be great.

Is there a special cleaner to use to clean the MAF?
Is the air/fuel sensor really $250?
When i replaced my O2 sensors on my mustang they were like 50 bucks a piece.
I'm new to 4-Runner's so any help is appreciated. My dad is old and strapped for cash so I'd like to help him out and not have to take it in.
thanks

there is this cleaner by CRC ( i think) called electrical contact cleaner or something like that.... that is what you need to clean the MAF.... perhaps if you searched the forums you would find what you need... this has all been covered before somewhere in this forum.... if not here, yotatech.com will have it
