couple of questions

ok.... so i've had my 4r for about 6-7 years and still runs great.... i had a couple of questions tho

1. how often do i change my transmission oil fluid

2 how often do i change my shocks and spark plugs

3. i plan to put in a s/c sometime in the future and already have 85K on it.... is there anything i need to know before i install this. and is it a good time to do it now since its only at 85K

i still have more questions to come just cant think of it right now... but please feel free to answer and help me out.... thanks!

Tranny fluid, I do a drain and refil every 30k. I have 102k miles and still shifts like new.

Spark plugs should be changed every 30k to keep the vehicle in emissions regs.

Shock, when they wear out, and 85k is getting close.
